These terms govern your use of services provided by Cernet (operated by Ollix.nl). By using our services you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our infrastructure for unlawful activity, the distribution of malware, phishing, unsolicited bulk email, copyright infringement, or any action that materially affects the stability of our network.

2. Billing & renewals

Services are billed in advance for the term selected (monthly, annual, or multi-year). Renewals occur automatically at the rates published at time of renewal.

3. Refunds

New hosting orders are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, SSL certificates and add-on services are non-refundable once provisioned.

4. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on shared services. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Service credits for SLA breaches are available on request.

5. Data & backups

While we maintain regular backups, customers remain responsible for maintaining their own independent backups of business-critical data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid by you for those services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the account contact at least 14 days in advance.
