What does the migration cost?

Is my mail reachable during migration?
Yes — old and new environments run in parallel. Only the MX cut-over (last step) has a propagation window of up to 4 hours, almost always without noticeable disruption.
How long does it take?
5-25 users: 2-3 days. 25-100 users: ~1 week. 100+: quoted individually.
What about archives and old email?
We migrate everything, including decade-old archives. For heavy archives (10 GB+ per user) we use delta sync so the cut-over is quick.
