Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, SEPA direct debit.
How do refunds work?
30-day money-back on hosting, email, SSL, M365 and marketing. Domains are non-refundable once registered.
Will my price go up at renewal?
No. What you pay year 1 is what you pay year 5. We do not do teaser pricing.
Can I get a VAT-compliant invoice?
Yes — every invoice includes your VAT number and EU reverse-charge handling when applicable.

How do I transfer a domain to Cernet?
Request the EPP code at your current registrar, disable transfer lock, then start the transfer at /transfer. 5-7 days total.
Is WHOIS privacy free?

How do I set up email on my phone?
IMAP server: mail.cernet.host · Port 993 (SSL). SMTP: smtp.cernet.host · Port 587 (STARTTLS).
How do I migrate from Gmail to Cernet?
Use IMAP migration in your control panel — we copy every folder and message. Or ask support to do it.
What is DKIM and do I need it?
A digital signature on outbound mail. Yes — without it your mail will land in spam more often. We enable it for you.

How do I enable 2-factor authentication?
Account → Security → Two-factor. We support TOTP (Authy, Google Authenticator) and hardware keys (FIDO2).
My site was hacked — what now?
Open a ticket immediately. Our incident response cleans malware and restores from backup, usually within 4 hours.

Can I use git to deploy?
Yes — via webhook deploys from GitHub/GitLab. Native git-deploy is on our roadmap.
